We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, shipping may be delayed. We will keep you updated every step of the way. 

If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be delayed. In this case, it’ll be sent in a separate parcel once we receive further stock at the warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email as delayed items should be marked with an expected delivery date.

Sometimes an item can be sent separately from a different warehouse. If an item is missing from your parcel, please check your delivery note or parcel insert as you should be advised if an item will be sent later. Also, please check if you have received a second tracking number by email, as this shows that a second parcel has been sent out.

Please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any item is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

Handling time 1- 2 Business Days  (Monday – Friday)

Transit time 1-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

90% of orders ship the same day if the order is placed by 12 pm (Monday to Friday)

The order cut off time is 06:00 PM (GMT + 10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)

Providing us with error-free shipping and correct billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your merchandise delivered as quickly as possible.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1.) Your billing address must match the address on your monthly credit card or bank statement.

2.) Enter information in the relevant fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the 2nd address line.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times,  there is a small-time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@dosylane.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best, however, we can’t guarantee that we are able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund less redelivery fee.
