Do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do! Write your messages in the customer order note. We gift wrap in boxes with your notes so that your order is as special as the person who is receiving it.

My item has not arrived yet, who do I contact?
Your first step should be to check the tracking. Parcels can take a few days and in some cases, eg Remote orders, longer to arrive. If you still have queries contact us via our Contact Us page or info@dosylane.com

Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
We ship orders really quickly so if you do want a change get in touch as soon as possible so we can see what we can do. If your order has already been packed or shipped we won’t be able to change or add to it. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, particularly if this is being sent as a gift.

Will my package include tracking?
Yes, all our parcels are dispatched with a tracking number.

Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, click and collect service is not available at the moment. However, this is a service that will be introduced in the near future.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We’re more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

How will my parcel be delivered?
For most orders, especially those containing larger items, we arrange courier delivery to your door. Australia post service is used to ship small items. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won’t leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.

How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click ‘order’ it usually takes 3-10 business days from when you place order. If you’re wondering about the status of your order please contact us immediately.
